This is a one-on-one breathwork session designed to support your nervous system, increase inner awareness, and create space for emotional processing.
We’ll begin by settling into a comfortable position and setting the tone for the session. From there, I’ll guide you through a structured breath pattern that moves from nervous system activation and to calm and regulation. This rhythm allows your body to access deeper layers of sensation while also supporting integration and stability.
Sessions are fully guided and paced based on your capacity. You’re always in control of your breath and experience. The 90 minute session will include a 15 minute intake, 45-60 minutes of breathwork, and 15 - 20 minutes of integration. The active breathwork time is customized based on your preferences shared in our pre-session consultation.
