Will I lose control?

You are in charge of your breath at all times. You can slow down, stop, or shift at any moment.

What if my emotions are too big?

The breathwork structure helps your body release in waves, not all at once. I’m here as a grounded presence to hold the container.

What if I feel nothing?

That’s normal too. Sometimes the work is subtle. Breathwork often stirs awareness that unfolds in the hours or days afterward.

Is this therapy?

No. Breathwork is not psychotherapy. It’s a somatic practice that can complement therapy or other healing work.
